For eight years I've led design across broadcast, brand, web, and product — taking output from inconsistent and slow to a unified visual language backed by a real design system. I've built and run a team of 5–10, and I care as much about how that team grows as about anything we ship.
Work was ad-hoc and inconsistent across every surface — on-air graphics, the website, the app, and digital products. I designed and rolled out a single system spanning all of them: components, templates, and guidelines, with the automated workflows around it.
Cut production time, killed inconsistency, and gave every team one shared visual language across broadcast, web, app, and product.
Directed the visual strategy for the network's highest-stakes moments — the 2024 US Election and the AFC Asian Cup — where there is no second take.
Delivered live, on-brand, and under pressure — at the moments the network could least afford to get it wrong.
